The one-hour information session introduces participants to the necessary steps to get a food business up and running. In addition, details will be available about the programs and services of The University of Scranton SBDC and the Kitchen Incubator at CTTC, a shared-use, licensed commercial kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment. ServSafe® Food Safety Certification

$155 per person
ServSafe®, a nationally recognized certification program for safe food handling practices, meets Pennsylvania regulations and is accredited by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation. The certification is also appropriate for churches, fire halls, and home food processors providing food for to the public.
