The University of Scranton Small Business Development Center is proud to announce the opening of JEMS Ice Cream Shoppe located in Hallstead, Pennsylvania.  The SBDC was able to assist the Mann Family (Joe, Elaine, children and grandchildren) with licensing and registrations required for their business.

Offering Manning’s ice cream, cakes, soups, sandwiches and more, JEMS friendly atmosphere is a delight to its customers.

JEMS is open daily at their location in the Mt. View Plaza on Rt. 11, Great Bend, PA. After visiting the shoppe and indulging in an ice cream cone and friendly banter with the owners, this SBDC staffer urges you to stop by for a tasty treat.
